Ingredients
  

Pasta & Steak
  • 12 oz steak thinly sliced
  • 8 oz pasta
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice optional
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Pasta pot
  • Cutting board
  • Knife

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta and reserve pasta water.
  2. Season sliced steak with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear steak in hot oil until browned; set aside.
  4. Add butter and garlic to skillet and cook until fragrant.
  5. Add soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, and chili flakes; stir to thicken.
  6. Add pasta and steak back to skillet; toss to coat.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

Add extra chili flakes or sriracha for more heat.
