Method
- Cook pasta and reserve pasta water.
- Season sliced steak with salt and pepper.
- Sear steak in hot oil until browned; set aside.
- Add butter and garlic to skillet and cook until fragrant.
- Add soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, and chili flakes; stir to thicken.
- Add pasta and steak back to skillet; toss to coat.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
Add extra chili flakes or sriracha for more heat.
