Beef
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp neutral oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
  • 0.33 cup soy sauce low sodium
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1.5 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Method
 

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant.
  3. Whisk sauce ingredients together.
  4. Pour sauce over beef and simmer until thickened.
  5. Serve hot with rice and garnishes.
