Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices bread
  • 1.5 cups mushrooms sliced
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Sauté mushrooms in olive oil and butter until golden and tender.
  2. Season mushrooms and set aside.
  3. Butter bread and layer Swiss cheese and mushrooms.
  4. Cook sandwich over medium-low heat until golden and melted.
  5. Slice and serve warm.
