Ingredients
  

Teriyaki Chicken
  • 1 1/2 lb chicken thighs boneless, skinless
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
For Serving
  • 3 cups cooked white rice

Method
 

  1. Whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water.
  2. Cook chicken in a skillet until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add teriyaki sauce and simmer until thickened and glossy.
  4. Serve chicken over rice with extra sauce.

Notes

Double the sauce if you prefer extra for drizzling over rice and veggies.
