Slaw Base
  • 3 cups green cabbage, shredded
  • 2 cups purple cabbage, shredded
  • 1.5 cups carrots, shredded
  • 1 large apple, julienned
  • 0.75 cup dried cranberries
  • 0.5 cup pecans, chopped toasted

Method
 

  1. Combine cabbage, carrots, apple, cranberries, and pecans in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together dressing ingredients.
  3. Toss slaw with dressing until evenly coated.
  4. Chill before serving.
