  • 1 baguette sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 burrata cheese balls
  • 2 peaches sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 0.25 cup basil pesto
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • fresh basil for garnish
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Brush baguette slices with olive oil.
  2. Toast bread in the oven until golden and crisp.
  3. Slice peaches and halve tomatoes.
  4. Arrange crostini, fruit, and tomatoes on a serving platter.
  5. Place burrata in the center.
  6. Drizzle pesto and balsamic glaze over the platter.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil, salt, and pepper before serving.
