- Season and pan-sear tilapia until lightly golden. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté onion and garlic, then add roasted peppers and broth.
- Blend sauce until smooth and return to skillet.
- Stir in cream and seasonings and simmer gently.
- Return fish to sauce and warm through before serving.
Notes
Keep heat low after adding cream to maintain smooth sauce.
