Ingredients
  

Pasta Dish
  • 12 oz pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 3 cups fresh spinach

Equipment

  • Large pot
  • Large skillet
  • Colander
  • Tongs

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until al dente and reserve pasta water.
  2. Sauté shrimp until just cooked and set aside.
  3. Cook garlic and tomatoes until softened.
  4. Add spinach and wilt.
  5. Toss pasta and shrimp with sauce, adjusting with pasta water.

Notes

Finish with parmesan and fresh herbs for best flavor.
