Maroulosalata
  • 2 romaine lettuce heads finely chopped
  • 4 green onions thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup fresh dill chopped
  • 0.25 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

  1. Finely chop and dry the romaine lettuce.
  2. Add green onions and dill to the bowl.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
  5. Gently toss and serve immediately.
