Ingredients
  

Turkey Patties
  • 500 g ground turkey
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper
Toppings
  • 6 slices cooked bacon halved
  • 0.25 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing more for serving
  • 6 lettuce leaves or baby spinach
Assembly
  • 6 slider buns split
  • optional pickles or tomato slices

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently and form 6 small patties.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook turkey patties 3-4 minutes per side until fully cooked (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).
  4. Toast slider buns in the oven or on a skillet for a warm, slightly crisp texture.
  5. Place turkey patty on bottom bun, top with bacon, shredded cheddar, ranch, and lettuce. Add optional pickles or tomato slices. Cover with top bun.
  6. Arrange sliders on a platter and serve warm with extra ranch or dipping sauces.

Notes

Optional: caramelized onions or mushrooms add extra flavor. Can prepare patties ahead of time.
