Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently and form 6 small patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook turkey patties 3-4 minutes per side until fully cooked (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).
- Toast slider buns in the oven or on a skillet for a warm, slightly crisp texture.
- Place turkey patty on bottom bun, top with bacon, shredded cheddar, ranch, and lettuce. Add optional pickles or tomato slices. Cover with top bun.
- Arrange sliders on a platter and serve warm with extra ranch or dipping sauces.
Notes
Optional: caramelized onions or mushrooms add extra flavor. Can prepare patties ahead of time.
