Rice
  • 2 cups long-grain white rice
  • 4 cups broth
Turkey Mixture
  • 1.5 lb turkey breast or thighs diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 bell peppers diced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 0.5 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp chili flakes optional
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Cook rice in broth until tender and fluffy.
