  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder gluten-free
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 0.25 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a microwave-safe ramekin.
  2. Add wet ingredients and stir until smooth.
  3. Microwave for 90 seconds to 2 minutes.
  4. Rest for 1 minute before serving.
