Ingredients
  

Salad
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded or diced
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.25 cup cucumber finely diced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • optional garnish sliced red onion, cherry tomatoes, or olives

Method
 

  1. Mix Greek yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Add shredded chicken and toss until fully coated.
  3. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  4. Chill for 10–15 minutes or serve immediately over salad greens, pita, or bread.
  5. Garnish with optional sliced red onion, cherry tomatoes, or olives.

Notes

Use pre-cooked chicken for quick preparation. Store separately from garnishes for best freshness.
