Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line springform pan with parchment paper.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently.
- Mix in heavy cream and vanilla.
- Fold in flour and salt.
- Bake 50–55 minutes until top is deeply browned and center jiggles.
- Cool completely before slicing.
- Prepare salted caramel sauce and drizzle before serving.
