Ingredients
  

Mac and Cheese Base
  • 16 oz elbow macaroni uncooked
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened, cubed
Cheese & Seasoning
  • 3 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Grease crock pot and add uncooked macaroni.
  2. Add milk, evaporated milk, cream, butter, cream cheese, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook on low for 1 hour, stirring once.
  4. Stir in shredded cheeses.
  5. Cook 30–45 minutes more, stirring every 15 minutes.
