Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Filling
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • ground cinnamon for dusting

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of the pan to form crust.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  4. Stir in vanilla, sour cream, and heavy cream.
  5. Mix in spices: cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, and nutmeg.
  6. Pour batter over crust, smooth top, and bake for 40–45 minutes until set.
  7. Cool slowly with oven door cracked, then refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Slice, dust with cinnamon, and serve chilled.

Notes

These bars taste even better after chilling overnight. Perfect for holidays and gatherings.
