Ingredients
  

Noodles
  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 green onions sliced

Equipment

  • Large pot
  • Skillet
  • Strainer

Method
 

  1. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water and drain.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant and lightly golden.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and cook briefly.
  5. Add pasta to skillet and toss to coat. Add pasta water as needed.
  6. Stir in sliced green onions and serve immediately.

Notes

Do not overbrown garlic to prevent bitterness.
