- Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water and drain.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant and lightly golden.
- Stir in soy sauce and cook briefly.
- Add pasta to skillet and toss to coat. Add pasta water as needed.
- Stir in sliced green onions and serve immediately.
Notes
Do not overbrown garlic to prevent bitterness.
