Ingredients
  

Casserole
  • 2 cans white beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup basil pesto
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix beans, pesto, tomatoes, and garlic.
  3. Transfer to baking dish and top with cheese.
  4. Bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

Add breadcrumbs on top for extra crunch.
