Cupcake Batter
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate melted
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and line a muffin pan with cupcake liners.
  2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then add eggs and vanilla.

  4. Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk to the batter.
  5. Fold in blueberries, divide batter, and bake until set.
