  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Topping
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips melted
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract optional
  • Assorted toppings (fruit, candy, sprinkles)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a pizza pan with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together melted butter and sugar, then add eggs and vanilla.
  3. Sift in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix until just combined.
  4. Bake for 15–18 minutes. Let cool completely.
  5. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and almond extract, then fold in melted white chocolate.
  6. Spread topping over cooled brownie base and garnish with fruits or candies.
  7. Refrigerate 30 minutes before slicing.
