Ingredients
  

White Chocolate Cranberry Pecan Clusters
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup chopped pecans toasted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • flaky sea salt optional, for topping

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt white chocolate in microwave in 20–30 second intervals until smooth.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in dried cranberries and chopped pecans.
  5. Drop spoonfuls onto parchment to form clusters.
  6. Add additional cranberries or pecans on top and sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
  7. Let clusters set at room temperature or chill for 10–15 minutes.

Notes

Perfect for gifting or adding to holiday dessert trays. Sets faster when chilled.
