Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 400 g penne pasta
White Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk warm
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated

Equipment

  • Skillet or saucepan

Method
 

  1. Cook penne pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt butter with olive oil in a skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Whisk in flour and cook briefly, then slowly add warm milk while whisking.
  4. Season sauce, add parmesan, and stir until creamy.
  5. Toss cooked pasta with sauce and serve hot.
