- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Beat butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla.
- Gradually mix in dry ingredients.
- Fold in chocolate chips and sprinkles.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheets and bake 9–11 minutes.
- Cool slightly, then transfer to wire rack and dust with powdered sugar.
