Ingredients
  

Cookie Dough
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup festive sprinkles blue, silver, or white
  • powdered sugar for dusting

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Beat butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla.
  4. Gradually mix in dry ingredients.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and sprinkles.
  6. Scoop dough onto baking sheets and bake 9–11 minutes.
  7. Cool slightly, then transfer to wire rack and dust with powdered sugar.

Notes

For best results, chill dough for 30 minutes before baking.
