  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp instant yeast
  • 1.5 cups water warm

Method
 

  1. Mix flour, salt, yeast, and water into sticky dough.
  2. Cover and rest 12–18 hours.
  3. Shape dough and rest again.
