Ingredients
  

Bread Batter
  • 4 eggs large
  • 1 cup full-fat low-carb yogurt
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare loaf pan.
  2. Separate eggs and beat whites to stiff peaks.
  3. Whisk yolks with yogurt, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Gently fold yolk mixture into egg whites.
  5. Transfer batter to loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes until set.
  7. Cool completely before slicing.
