Method
- Whisk all marinade ingredients together in a bowl.
- Place steak in a resealable bag or shallow dish; pour marinade over top and coat well.
- Marinate for 2–8 hours in the refrigerator.
- Remove from fridge 30 minutes before cooking.
- Grill or sear steak 3–5 minutes per side on medium-high heat.
- Rest 5–10 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
Notes
For best flavor, use fresh orange juice and zest. Avoid marinating more than 12 hours to prevent over-tenderizing.
