  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tsp coffee extract
  • ½ cup caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzle
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chunks
  • Pinch of salt

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir constantly until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in coffee extract, caramel sauce, chocolate chunks, and a pinch of salt. Mix until chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  5. Drizzle extra caramel over the top if desired.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  7. Cut into small squares and serve. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week
