Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast cubed
  • 2 cups broccoli florets lightly steamed
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese plus more for topping
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Cook rice and steam broccoli until tender.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter and stir in cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, and seasonings until smooth.
  3. Add chicken, broccoli, and rice to the mixture. Stir well.
  4. Mix in cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
  5. Transfer to a baking dish, top with extra cheese, and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes until bubbly.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
