- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters and scatter evenly in the baking dish.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, cream, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Pour custard evenly over the rolls and gently press down.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until golden and set.
- Combine icing with cream cheese, sugar, milk, and vanilla to make drizzle.
- Drizzle over baked casserole and top with nuts or berries.
