  • 3 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.75 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries diced and patted dry
Glaze
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Beat butter, cream cheese, and sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add egg and vanilla, then mix in dry ingredients until just combined.
  4. Fold in diced strawberries gently.
  5. Scoop onto sheets and bake 11–13 minutes until lightly golden.
  6. Cool completely and drizzle with glaze.
