Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Ingredients
  

Cheeseburger Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
Garlic Butter Topping
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped optional for garnish

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned; drain fat. Add salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir and cool slightly.
  3. Flatten biscuits and add 1 tbsp of beef mixture and cheese to center of each. Seal tightly and roll into balls.
  4. Combine butter, garlic, and Parmesan; brush over bombs.
  5. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden. Brush with remaining garlic butter and garnish with parsley.

Notes

For best results, serve warm and pair with ranch or spicy mayo dipping sauce.
