Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix chicken, breadcrumbs, feta, onion, garlic, parsley, oregano, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Form 16–18 meatballs and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake meatballs for 18–20 minutes until cooked through.
- Prepare tzatziki: mix Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Serve meatballs warm with tzatziki sauce, garnish with parsley.
Notes
Store meatballs and tzatziki separately in the fridge for up to 3 days.
