Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 0.25 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 egg large
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cucumber grated and drained
  • 1 clove garlic minced for sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp fresh dill chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste for sauce

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix chicken, breadcrumbs, feta, onion, garlic, parsley, oregano, egg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form 16–18 meatballs and place on prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake meatballs for 18–20 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Prepare tzatziki: mix Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
  6. Serve meatballs warm with tzatziki sauce, garnish with parsley.

Notes

Store meatballs and tzatziki separately in the fridge for up to 3 days.
