Tzatziki Chicken Naan Pizza
  • 2 pieces naan bread
  • 1 cup grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium cucumber, grated and drained
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives, sliced

Method
 

  1. Prepare tzatziki sauce by mixing yogurt, cucumber, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and dill.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  3. Brush naan with olive oil and pre-bake for 3–4 minutes.
  4. Spread tzatziki sauce over naan, then top with chicken, onions, tomatoes, feta, and olives.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes until naan is crisp and toppings are warm.
  6. Drizzle with more tzatziki and garnish with dill or mint before serving.
