- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch pan.
- Cook ground beef and onion in a skillet until browned; drain.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; stir to combine.
- Slice rolls in half and place the bottom layer in the baking dish.
- Spread mayo and mustard on the bottom layer; add beef mixture and bacon.
- Top with cheese slices and the upper half of the rolls.
- Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and sesame seeds.
- Cover with foil; bake 15 minutes, then uncover and bake 5–8 minutes more until golden.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
